@ Laurie Sawyer dedicates her art to engaging viewers in the wonder and complexity of the natural world. She holds a degree in illustration from the Art Center College of Design and a degree in science illustration from California State University. Her work conveys the concern she has for the beautiful place we inhabit and inspires viewers to be curious about, respectful of and protective of the natural world around us.
